I broke a promise with my girlfriend and now she broke up with me. She said we need to be best friends because she has now fallen out of love with me. However, she says that someday she hopes we can get back together. I also wish this, but i don’t want to have to wait. Any ideas on how i could get her back fast?

My girlfriend moved in with me because she had troubles at home. But i really need my space, im the kind of person who needs alot of space to keep sane. I really do love her and i dont want to lose her. But by being around her too much its causing me to not be me, to be unlovable etc. How can i ask her to move back home and still keep her? Things at her place have cooled down since back then.
Tell her you love her, you really do but you aren’t ready to be roommates. Its a big step and can ruin a relationship, trust me I know! It’s made me irritable too and resenting, but then there is the good things that come with it that counters it all. We all like to have our space, just tell her. Honesty is what makes relationships work, it really is. The truth hurts sometimes but lies will only fester in your heart.
