How effective is Plan B if my girlfriend was ovulating?

I was having sex the other day and my condom broke inside of my girlfriend. The condom was spermicidal, and about 4 hours after it happened my girlfriend took the Plan-B pill. The only reason I’m so worried about her possibly being pregnant is that she was ovulating at the time, and she told me that the window was wide open for her to get pregnant. I’m really really stressing out, and I just want to know what the likely hood of her getting pregnant is.

Most of the time, you won’t get pregnant the first time you have sex and sperm gets in ya. There is a possibility, don’t get me wrong.. But if she took the plan-b pill she is covered, don’t worry about a thing!

    theres an 85% chance that plan b worked.

    I..was a lucky statistic! I took the plan b ONE HOUR after a condom broke, i was on day 12 of my cycle.. which means that i was just coming to ovulation. and well.. ill be 40 weeks pregnant on tuesday :-) ..please send me some labor vibes people..baby number 3!!!

    if she took the plan B as prescriped within 24 hours of having intercourse you are fine – Plan B is very effective

    I’m glad to hear you used protection though. Plan B is intended for incidents like yours.
