Tell him how you are feeling and whatever happened between you guys, if it was your fault or whatever, tell him how sorry you are and ask for another chance. I truly believe in everyone deserves a second chance. So just talk to him and see where things lead. If he shows no interest in talking to you and doesn't want to talk to you just let it go, don't force him because it will be better if you just let things go and move on. But try the talking first and see where things go.
